Cancellation and refund terms
This page describes payment, renewal cancellation, and refunds for paid website subscriptions. These rules begin to apply to paid subscriptions purchased on the website.
1. Payment method
Payment is made online through the payment provider connected to the website. The payment provider may request card details, e-wallet details, or another payment method. The service does not store full bank card details.
2. Subscription and billing period
A paid plan is paid for a billing period. During that period, the user receives an AI answer limit according to the selected plan. Unused answers do not carry over to the next period unless stated separately.
3. Subscription cancellation
The user may cancel subscription renewal before the next period. After cancellation, access remains available until the end of the paid period, unless otherwise required by law or payment provider rules.
If automatic renewal has already been charged, the user may submit a refund request. The request is reviewed under the rules below.
4. When a refund may be possible
- access to the paid plan was not provided because of a technical service error;
- payment was charged twice by mistake;
- the user contacted support immediately after the charge, did not use the paid limit, and asks to cancel the period;
- a refund is required by law or by payment provider rules.
5. When a refund may be declined
- paid access was provided and the user actively used the plan limit;
- the user violated the offer terms;
- the request does not contain enough data to identify the payment;
- the request relates to a period that has already been fully used.
6. How to request a refund
Send a refund request to billing@slyshutebya.ru. Include the account email, payment date, amount, plan, last four card digits if available, and the reason for the request.
The request is reviewed within a reasonable time after all necessary data is received. The refund is made using the same method as the payment if supported by the payment provider.
