This public offer governs the use of “I Hear You”. The user accepts the offer by creating an account, continuing to use the service, or paying for a subscription. Last updated: May 21, 2026.

1. Provider

Self-employed provider: Agliamov Ruslan Fedorovich. Tax ID: 165051970039.

Contact for requests: admin@slyshutebya.ru, https://t.me/slyshutebya_support.

Address for legally significant notices: Russia, Kazan.

2. Service

The provider gives access to a psychological self-help software service. The service includes an AI chat, short self-regulation practices, state check-ins, saved progress, conversation history, and personal context within the selected plan and user settings.

The service does not provide medical services, diagnose, prescribe treatment, medication, or medical interventions, and does not replace a doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, or psychotherapist.

Service outputs are informational and supportive. The user independently decides whether to apply suggested exercises and recommendations.

3. Plans, limits, and billing period

Current plans are listed on the Plans page. Website prices are displayed in rubles.

  • Free: free access with a limit of 30 AI answers per month.
  • Plus: paid access with a limit of 1000 AI answers per month.
  • Max: paid access with a limit of 3000 AI answers per month.

The limit is counted by AI answers. A user message itself does not reduce the limit if the service has not prepared a response. When the limit is reached, extended dialogue may be limited until the next billing period.

4. Payment and access activation

Paid access is activated only after successful payment confirmation by the payment provider. Until payment is confirmed, the user's plan does not change. Payment information may be processed by the payment provider under its own rules and security policy.

If a payment fails, is cancelled, refunded, or disputed, the provider may refuse to activate paid access or may terminate it.

5. Account and data

The user is responsible for the accuracy of their email, keeping account access secure, and the legality of data entered into the service. The profile allows users to manage chat history storage, data export, guest data, and account deletion requests.

6. Crisis situations

In an emergency, life-threatening situation, risk of self-harm, violence, overdose, acute psychosis, or other immediate danger, the user must contact emergency services, crisis lines, and nearby people. The service is not intended for emergency response and does not guarantee 24/7 specialist presence.

7. Limitation of liability

The provider does not guarantee that using the service will lead to a specific psychological, medical, financial, or other result. The service is provided as a self-help software tool.

Temporary unavailability may occur due to maintenance, connection failures, hosting issues, payment provider issues, AI provider issues, or circumstances outside the provider's control.

8. Cancellation and refunds

Subscription cancellation and refund terms are described on the Cancellation and refund terms page. Requests are accepted at: billing@slyshutebya.ru.

9. Changes to terms

The provider may update plans, functionality, and service documents. A new document version applies from the moment it is published on the website, unless that version states another effective date.
